Paying for treatment
How payment works
Consultations are £30, redeemed against the cost of your treatment if you go ahead. Everything else is explained before you commit to anything.
The consultation fee
A consultation is £30. If you go ahead with treatment, that comes off the cost — so booking makes the consultation effectively free. If you decide not to proceed, the fee covers the assessment time, which is usually the most valuable part of the appointment anyway.
Charging for it is deliberate. It means the consultation is an assessment rather than a sales appointment, and it means I can spend the time telling you that you do not need a treatment without that being a wasted hour.
Deposits
A deposit secures your appointment and comes off the treatment cost. The amount and the cancellation terms are explained when you book, not afterwards.
Spreading the cost
Payment plans are available on many treatments, and larger plans can be staged across several months. Staging is frequently the better clinical choice as well — it lets us assess each stage before moving to the next, rather than committing to everything up front.
What we do not do
No same-day discounts, no time-limited offers to push a decision, and no packages sold before an assessment has established what you need. If a clinic is discounting to get you to commit today, the discount is not the part to worry about.
Prices are published in full on the prices page rather than held back for an enquiry.
Common questions
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Payment plans are available on many treatments. The options are gone through at consultation so you know the total cost before committing to anything.
- Is the consultation charged separately?
- A consultation is £30, and it comes off the cost of your treatment if you go ahead. If you decide not to proceed, the £30 covers the assessment time.
- Do I have to decide on the day?
- No, and I would rather you did not. There is no discount for booking immediately and no pressure to commit at the consultation.
- Can I stage a treatment plan to spread the cost?
- Frequently, and it is often better clinically as well as financially. Staging a facial harmonisation plan across several months lets us assess each stage before moving to the next.
