01The approach

Faces do not age one feature at a time, so they should not be treated one feature at a time.

Bone resorbs. Fat pads descend and separate. Ligaments slacken and skin thins. The visible result of all of that is often a line or a hollow some distance from where the change actually happened — which is why chasing it directly needs more product and gives a worse result.

01

Assess before you act

Ten years of nursing, four of them in critical care, teaches you to find out why something is happening before you do anything about it. The same discipline applies to a face.

02

Treat the cause, not the line

The hollow you have noticed is usually caused by a change somewhere else. Restore support in the right place and the thing you came in about often softens on its own.

03

Be willing to say no

If a treatment is not clinically indicated, or the result you want is not safely achievable, you will be told. That costs bookings regularly and it is not negotiable.

Platelet-rich plasma prepared for treatment

Regenerative

Facial harmonisation result showing restored support and balance

Facial harmonisation

Structural treatment planned across the whole face, to restore support and balance rather than chase individual lines.

Portrait showing softened expression lines with movement retained

Anti-wrinkle

Wrinkle-relaxing treatment, dosed to soften movement while keeping expression.

Resurfacing and remodelling treatments for texture, tone, scarring and congestion.

Lip filler dissolved and rebuilt to a softer shape

Corrective

Treatments that remove or reverse — dissolving filler, and reducing small localised fat deposits.

The result to expect

“No oversized cheeks. No overfilled lips. No attempt to remove every sign of ageing. Just carefully planned treatment based on anatomy and proportion.”

04What we use

Every product is chosen on its evidence, not its marketing.

Clinical evidence, safety profile, manufacturing standards, and how the product actually behaves once it is in the tissue. If you have researched something different, that is a good conversation to have — including where another product would genuinely serve you better.
