Questions about cost
- How much is a consultation?
- £30, and it comes off the cost of your treatment if you decide to go ahead — so if you book, the consultation effectively costs nothing. There is no obligation to book afterwards. It is usually a 10–15 minute conversation by phone or video first, then an in-person assessment.
- Why are some prices shown as 'from'?
- Because the amount of product needed varies between people. Where a price says 'from', you will be given an exact figure at consultation before anything is booked — never a surprise on the day.
- Can I spread the cost?
- Payment plans are available on many treatments. Ask at consultation and we will go through the options.
- Do I pay a deposit?
- A deposit secures your appointment and comes off the treatment cost. It is explained clearly when you book.
Not sure what you need?
Most people are not, and that is fine. A consultation is £30, redeemed against your treatment if you go ahead, and its purpose is to work out what — if anything — would actually help.
Treatments can also be paid for in instalments — how paying monthly works.
