What we collect

Contact details you give us when enquiring or booking. Medical history, medication, allergies and treatment records where you become a patient — this is special-category health data and is treated accordingly. Photographs only where you have given separate, specific consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether treatment is safe and appropriate for you, to deliver and record your care, and to meet the professional record-keeping obligations that apply to a registered nurse.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are retained for the period required by professional record-keeping standards. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and object to certain uses. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing if you have asked us to, and every message includes a way to stop. We do not sell or share your details.
